Welcome to Capital Inventories

A comprehensive, accurate and concise report of the fixtures, fittings, contents and condition of the property including any furniture at the start of the tenancy agreement. The report is supplied in an easy to read PDF document with high-res colour photographs.

At Check-in the clerk will go through the inventory report with the incoming tenant taking care to explain and answer questions on the condition of the property. We can also hand over the property's keys should you require us to do that.

At Check-out the clerk will visit the property at the end of the tenancy and note any differences between the present condition and that described on the inventory report. The check-out report will include specific details with regard to the general condition, cleanliness and any items broken, damaged or missing from the property. 

The clerk will visit the property on behalf of the landlord/ agent to ensure the tenants are complying with their obligations as set out in the tenancy agreement. The clerk will prepare a report scheduling any major defects or damage.

Capital Inventories are covered with public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance.
